Questions
What happens if I cancel?
All Access keeps working to the end of the month or year you've paid for. Then the plugins stop: Nightfall passes your sound through untouched and KeyLens locks its displays, but every setting stays in your projects. Subscribe again and it's all back exactly as you left it.
Are new plugins really included?
Yes. Every new SoundFigure plugin is part of All Access from the day it's out, at no extra cost. Install it and enter your key.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Every plugin has a free 7-day trial with everything working, and no card needed.
Do I need to be online?
Now and then. Whenever you're online, the plugins renew your subscription by themselves in the background. Offline, they keep working to the end of the time you've paid for, plus 7 days.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from your account page, where you can also update your card, see your invoices or cancel.
I already own a plugin. Is All Access still for me?
Your own key keeps working for good. All Access adds every other plugin, and if you ever cancel, the plugin you bought is still yours.
How many computers can I use it on?
Up to three of yours for each plugin, with the same key. You can move it to a new computer yourself, from the plugin's menu.
You need: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), a DAW that loads VST3 plugins, and an internet connection now and then (the plugins renew All Access by themselves). More help is on the support page.
